People With Hot/SEXY Bodies!!!?
I think Victoria’s Secret models have lean, toned, sexy bodies (don’t say they’re photoshopped because they look amazing on the runway too). I have the height/shape (5′10), I just need to get the fat off of it (185 lbs give or take)! Will Paul McKenna’s methods help me? He focuses on eating like you’re naturally thin which many of them are. I also want to take up yoga once the weight is off to tone, thanks!
PS-I also want to incorporate Special K into my diet ( btw the new chocolate protein shakes are great!
