Chocolate Chocolate Eclair-too much fluid?!?
I'm making the recipe for Paula Deen Chocolate Eclair and chocolate for the filling does not seem thickening up, how I can fix it
? Filling – 2-oz square chocolate 1 2 cups sugar 1 cup chocolate cream to melt ice, add sugar and cream I know that thicken as it cools,
but very watery now, I think it would be a little thicker in the kitchen …
Sounds like a ganache base. Just going to thicken as it cools.
