I'm doing this project for my anatomy class and we have to find a meal and make healther and I'll be doing Truffle Chocolate Cake. So here are my ingredients: For the truffle: 4 ounces semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped 3 tablespoons cream milk 1 tablespoon unsalted butter 2 tablespoons of your favorite flavor (orange, almond, or raspberry liqueur, etc) 8 fresh perfect raspberries, optional for chocolate cake: 5 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped 5 oz unsalted butter, cut into small pieces 3 eggs, at room temperature 3 egg yolks, room temperature 1 / 2 cup sugar 5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour Whipped cream, optional ice cream, optional What ingredients could change to make it healthy?
All truffles disadvantage is the fact that fat is flavor. One who can not be duplicated. Fat is actually what holds everything together. Now, you might making chocolate decorations and melted chocolate molds.
The cake can use egg substitute and butter to margarine changed. If you want the flavor of the cake or chocolate ie raspberries (my suggestion), then use as raspberries garnish.
