Chocolate Espresso Beans Recipe

I make this recipe for chocolate chip cookies, and calls for a little coffee EXTRA to be delicious!
BUT I ran out of espresso beans (I always grind my own)! I have a bit of dried pinto beans in the cupboard, "I can roast and ground to the same effect? No, I have no instant coffee around, I said that I like to grind I remember!
No. .. no … NO … not grinding beans … (Sorry for shouting) All you have to do is put the beans (whole) in the dough and chocolate chips and bake until they are big … Has not heard a "cookie" bean? Obviously it's a bit healthier than a chocolate chip cookie … that is why it is becoming so popular … Personally, I recommend a side of salsa and guacamole …
