Looking for a recipe for Caramel Cookie?

I would like a recipe for a cookie that is something like a brown sugar flavor, which has caramel on top. In some ways resembles the cookies that Hershey's Kisses on top, only instead of chocolate candy. Any help would be appreciated.,
