Chocolate Icing Recipe
Does anyone have a good chocolate frosting recipe that set enough to hold panels of chocolate on the side?
Have to bear on the side of a cake. Any advice would be very grateful.
Hard ice chocolate icing Ingredients * 1 / 2 cup unsalted butter * 10 (1 ounce) squares semisweet chocolate Directions 1. Chop the chocolate into small pieces. Combine chocolate with butter in top of a double boiler, over simmering water slow.
Stir frequently until melted and smooth. Remove from heat.
