Does anybody have a recipe for chocolate cake icing?

I'm entering my chocolate cake at our local county fair and would like have a great chocolate icing on top.

I would consider other coverages that do well in chocolate cake pounds.

COCOA SAUCE 2 tablespoons butter, 1 cup boiling water 2 tablespoons flour, 4 tablespoons sugar, 4 teaspoons cocoa Baker, 1 teaspoon vanilla. Melt butter in the pan, mix the flour and mix with cocoa butter, gradually add hot water and stir and cook at a time, beating until thickened y. Just before serving, add sugar, vanilla and a pinch of salt, if necessary. The use of cocoa if liked stronger.
