The three hours is a diet book by fitness author Jorge Cruise. Jorge Cruise is well known as a established writer with his series of eight minutes around 8 minutes of exercise per day.

What is the diet of three hours?

The principle basic diet of 3 hours is simple, eat a meal every three hours, but not eat anything three hours before bedtime. The idea behind this concept is to increase metabolism, and help maintain energy levels steady throughout the day. Jorge Cruise makes the claim that if you use your program will lose two pounds per week without exercise. He does however recommend the exercise of eight minutes each day as expected …

The diet also addresses emotional issues that can derail saboteurs the program, such as engaging in sedentary activities associated with the custom of eating. All meals are based on a source of lean protein, healthy carbohydrates and fats. One of the key selling points of the book is fast food and frozen food recommendations. These factors are very attractive to the average person, most people are in constant motion and have a very limited life time. The calorie amounts suggested for everyday meals are around 1450 per day. There are some practices Nutritional questionable because the diet works three hours in heavily processed foods.

Is it worth it?

The problem I found with the 3-hour Diet it appears to be a lot of hype and not much substance. The Jorge Cruise explores topics have been covered several times by many books and diet programs. However, the principles basis behind the book are solid – and little to eat often, learning to incorporate foods every day, and how to make plans and objectives. The book your car is a lot of fluff and inconsistencies. Talk about not counting calories and then go and restrict portion sizes of calories right!

It seems is full of positive testimonials and filling of this type. This is one of those programs that I did not dare to recommend by all means though that does not mean you do not try. There the possibility that this may become one of those weight loss fads common or can be advanced and successful. My view leans more towards just based fashion in my personal experience with the program. While this program may work for some, there are much better options on the market. But again, do not let my opinion it is to influence this agenda and for some this may be the best thing since sliced bread and others can be a complete disaster.
