However, as clear and simple, I stuggled (and still do) with anorexia. Now I'm trying to regain weight in a "healthy" fashion. I've been eating a lot more than it used to, but I seemed to gain a 'big' number-is that an average healthy food intake? 1 ½ cup multigrain Cheerios with skim milk ½ cup Peanuts a few banana vanilla 1 1 Make sure Pria Lawyers small bag of carrots and celery 1 apple 1 cup of cereal crispex a pita sandwich (turkey, lettuce, and mustard) 1 chocolate chip cookie a few pear 1 Pretzels Panini (chicken, cheese, peppers, Zuchinni) 1 banana 1 Healthy Choice Chocolate Fudge Bar There's a reason why I'm not regaining weight as fast as I thought it would / should? well. so I have 18 years old, 5'6 1 / 2 and about 109 pounds.
(Since I have tried to stop weighing myself) and I dance 2-3 weeks if that helps x to all and thanks for the advice so far!

In summary, the above diet is almost perfect, so you will not gain weight back, while on it. If you want to win again a little faster, then replace the skim milk with 2% milk. Also, try to take some extra milk on the side. Once your weight in who wants it, then simply reduce accordingly until you get what you want .. Maintenance over the diet certainly will in the long run most of the perfect body … Quite impressive …
