So today I ate … crackers with cheese as a few slices of banana (110kcal) two zone nutrition bars (180 190 kcal) a slice of meat, the skin of a baked potato, melon, DOS Nana wheat No chocolate chip cookies spread with buttter peanut on top .. I FEEL SO FAT >…. this is how much food and too unhealthy and gross and I get fat? I am a teenage girl
no, do not worry. of eating a balanced diet with plenty of fats, proteins and carbohydrates as long as you do not overeat carbohydrates, protein or fat your body will not make you fat. the body is so bad, is converted to fat if you eat too much.
