My boyfried birthday cake?

My boyfriend's birthday is coming and of course I want to make a special dessert. Last year I did it with chocolate cupcakes white frosting and purple designs in them (her favorite color). But I want to do something different this year. I still want to use chocolate cake however.

I thought about making brownies with Hershey chocolates melted in the center. But would that make the cake the night before and do not want the melted chocolate to get in poor condition (not even know if I would …). So does anyone have recipes for muffins cast or anything else that could try?

Hi Jessi! Your idea sounds wonderful – the molten chocolate cupcakes! Those would be really impressive, not to mention delicious! Here is how to do them: MOLTEN brownies with strawberries can substitute raspberries or other fruit of strawberries or omit entirely. 1 cup unsalted butter 8 ounces semisweet chocolate chips, or bars, cut into bite-size chunks 5 large eggs 1 / 2 cup sugar Pinch of salt 4 teaspoons flour 8 large muffin paper cups extra (or regular use molds paper, which will make 12 cakes) Garnish: 1 (6 ounce) container strawberries, slightly moistened and rolled in / 2 cup sugar 1 on the right before serving Melt butter and chocolate in a heatproof bowl over half a pan of boiling water, remove from heat. Beat eggs, sugar and salt with a hand mixer In a medium bowl until sugar dissolves. Whisk egg mixture into chocolate until smooth. Beat in flour or matzo meal until just combined. (The mass can make a day ahead, return to room temperature one hour before baking.) Before serving dinner, adjust oven rack to middle position; hot oven to 450 degrees. Line a muffin pan standard size (1 / 2 cup capacity) with 8 large muffin items (documents must extend over cups to facilitate removal). Spray muffin papers with vegetable oil. Divide the dough into the muffin cups. Bake until batter puffs but center is not set, 8 10 minutes. Carefully lift cakes from tin and set in a work surface. Pull the paper out of pies and cakes to dessert plates transfer. Top each with strawberry with sugar and serve immediately. **************************************** Have you ever made Covered Strawberries Chocolate?
