Do you have a craft store near your home? They usually have a cake decorating section. Sure call before you go so you will not be a waste of a trip, if you're wondering where to buy parchment paper …. I found the large grocery store chain store next to the wax paper and foil. Also, check to see if they have wire racks and cake pans in the section on household items Store chain. I know usually have pans because my niece had to buy a pair at Safeway.
