Chocolate Tempering Machine

Does anyone know the best way to temper chocolate at home, which is not a double grill?
Just curious, if not small machines for personal use … exsactly not looking to spend hundreds of dollars on this ..
Use your microwave oven. The microwave is a great tool for melting chocolate. If used correctly, the chocolate can melt faster than a double boiler with minimal effort and mess. The most critical part of the merger chocolate in the microwave is the choice of a suitable container. Ideally, you want to melt the chocolate in a microwave bowl stays cold or slightly hot after several minutes of almost continuous microwave. If the pan is too hot for you to handle after being microwaved, too hot chocolate. If you have overheated the chocolate, immediately poured into a cool add chunks of unmelted chocolate and stir continuously. It is preferable to melt the chocolate in a low (50%) power setting to avoid scorching or burning. If your microwave does not have this option, the hot chocolate in intervals shorter and stir between each heat stroke. Also, if your microwave has a turntable that rotates the cup of chocolate, manually turn the cup every time you stop and stir the
chocolate. It is very difficult to determine the exact times of microwave as it can vary depending on microwave power, the amount of chocolate, and even the content cocoa butter chocolate. However, as a rough guide, the estimate of about 1 minute per 1 ounce of chocolate, 3 minutes per 8 ounces of chocolate, 3.5 minutes 1 pound of chocolate, and 4 minutes for 2 pounds.
Run the microwave in increments of 30 seconds-1 minute, stirring with each other and rotate the dish if necessary. Finish heating when most but not all, of the chocolate is melted. Add the chocolate constantly until smooth, shiny and completely melted.
