Chocolate And Depression
Do you have to cut lots of chocolate in your diet really make you lose weight?
I eat the equivalent of 1-3 bars of chocolate every day (depending on the date and amount) But i get the daily exercise so a bit of weight slowley BT … im not fat im 52kgz and a little shorter than 5'3 (158 cm) Ive lots of chocolate left to eat when I'm angry (cos i have clinical depression) and im realizing that im losing weight too fast: S I'm still exercising and eating all i want but not much … but i dont lyk hunger and appetite I did when I used to eat lots of chocolate and imnot saying I'm eating really healthy, but the cutting of chocolate that made me lose this weight? If I do not eat chocolate no more and I will lose even more weight

Of course, honey. You have to keep a strict diet when you wish to be in better shape. From what you describe, which seem to be in great shape though.
On the other hand though, maybe you're blessed with a fast metabolism, and do not need to see what people eat less fortunate and do !….. LOL. Most importantly, Take care. Mention that you are depressed, I worry. Relax and care. Good luck.
